How to Book 1-4 Meetings/day with Cold Email

Not sure if you heard, but I’m a math guy.

Based on my 12+ years of cold email experience, I want to break down some common cold email math.

Let’s say, hypothetically speaking, you have big TAM and want to send 50,000 cold emails per month.

What can you expect out of that volume?

To be “based in reality” let’s look at 3 scenarios:

High Range

50,000 Emails / 20,000 Leads

8% Lead Reply Rate → 1,600 replies

20% Positive → 320 positive replies

25% Book → 80 meetings

Probability: Approx. 25% → can increase to 40-50% with experience, time, & optimization.

Medium Range

50,000 Emails / 20,000 Leads

6% Lead Reply Rate → 1,200 replies

15% Positive → 180 positive replies

20% Book → 36 meetings

Probability: Approx. 50% → can increase to 60-75% with experience, time, & optimization.

Low Range

50,000 Emails / 20,000 Leads

4% Lead Reply Rate → 800 replies

12.5% Positive → 100 positive replies

15% Book → 15 meetings

Probability: Approx. 80% → tough to increase, some offers just don’t convert.

Increase Results by 50%-100%

Also, in my experience, if you have someone who will pick up the phone and call the Positive replies, who don’t book, you can increase bookings by 50%-100%:

High Range: 120 - 160 Bookings

Medium Range: 54 - 72 Bookings

Low Range: 22 - 30 Bookings

Now the infrastructure required to send this many emails can be a pain in the a$$.
