LeadEngine.ai Updates - 9/15/25

Hey, it’s Patrick Founder of LeadEngine.ai. Here are some of the updates we've recently made in the LeadEngine software.

Cold to Gold AI Email Agents

I’ve been cooking up some insane personalization enrichment workflows with SparkyAI inside of our EnrichEngine product and it’s producing us 5% reply rates and 50% positive reply rates in many cases! Apollo Export (beta)

You can enter an Apollo search into EnrichEngine and it will import the leads and then you can waterfall enrich them with email finders, validation, SparkyAI workflows, whatever you can dream up! Access is available upon request at this time.

Blocklist

You can import a list of emails and/or website URLs for global blocklist management so you don’t email known people or companies you do not want to reach out to with your cold emails.

CC/BCC

You can now CC/BCC email addresses from the master inbox. This is useful for when leads reply back and CC other team members, or when you’re replying back and want to CC/BCC someone on a reply.

Export Lists

You can now export lists from the menu navigation in LeadEngine. An email with a CSV file will be emailed to you with the data columns that were present in the list at the time of exporting.

SparkyAI Enrichment Enhancements

We’ve made vast enhancements to the processing of complex enrichment flows with slower AI models that were previously causing API failures. We’ve implemented algorithmic throttles for sending requests and also redundancies for retrying failed requests. For instance, we were seeing up to 50% in OpenAI API failures on advanced models like o3 for lists even of 100, but now in recent tests we’ve processed over 1500 leads with 0 failures!

Other updates

• OpenAI API Issues: Due to APIs being down for OpenAI, and spotty, we had some issues with AI processing. Although much is out of our hands, we have built some redundancies to handle API failures better including more task queuing and retrying requests as the APIs become available.

• Inbox Syncing Issue: We had inbox syncing issues for a short period of time due to server capacity, which required some upgrades and has since been resolved.
